1 large loaf of crusty whole wheat or multi-grain bread
4-6 cloves of garlic
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
2) Press the garlic into a small sauce pan (like the kind used to melt butter), add the olive oil and heat over medium-high heat on the stove until it begins to boil. Sizzle the garlic in the oil for about 45 seconds and then remove from the heat.
3) Spoon the garlic & oil over both halves of the bread, sprinkle a little sea salt over each half, close the loaf and wrap it in tinfoil.
4) Bake the loaf in the oven for about 10 minutes until warm and crusty.
